How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days in most cases. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update or cancel it.
My order may arrive in more than one package. Why?
Items are sent from different warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate parcels. Each one gets its own tracking number.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Returns page for the full details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists exact dimensions. Measure your drawer, shelf or cabinet before ordering, and allow a little room on each side.
How do I care for my organizers?
Most pieces wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners and very hot water unless the product page says otherwise.
