Refund policy

We want every piece to earn its place in your home. If it does not, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our contact page or at aldernhome@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
